Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase. All items must be in original packaging and in original condition (damaged packaging, missing UPC's, bar codes or any other damage that is inflicted by the customer shall not be accepted). Due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted if the items are in the original sealed packaging. Customers must present the original receipt of purchase and are responsible for the freight charges on returned orders. Please double check your order to ensure accuracy before completing the checkout process. Once we have received the return, we will either send a replacement or you will receive a credit on your credit card minus a 15% re-stocking fee (depending on your request). Each return is handled on a case by case basis.


Additional Information BenBat cannot guarantee color-matching, finish matching or any other exterior decoration or element, and items with such issues cannot be exchanged without incurring a 15% restocking fee. BenBat provides as much information as possible in order for you to make an educated purchase on ben-bat.com but cannot guarantee the appearance of various items as these images and descriptions are provided to ben-bat.com by its manufacturers and distributors. Any issues due to the appearance of a product should be taken up with the product manufacturer. Items that were not returned or exchanged within the 30 day timeframe shall be handled directly with the manufacturer should any problem arise as they should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Items that have been opened, used and show extensive wear and tear, or that have been damaged during improper use and handling may not be exchanged or returned. A return address will be provided after a valid RMA # is issued/authorized.
 

Payment Methods
Most Shopatron stores accept these payment methods:
The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.

Shopatron cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.

Online Gift Cards
This website may offer online Gift Cards for sale. Any Gift Cards purchased on this website can only be used to buy products on this website. They cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Gift cards cannot be reloaded. To find out your Gift Card balance, visit shopatron.com/account.

If a Gift Card purchased on our website is lost or stolen, we will replace it with a Gift Card in the amount of the remaining balance, only if the purchaser's Gift Card confirmation email and Gift Card # are provided to us as proof of purchase. Returning Merchandise
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as noted below:

Refunds, Credits and Balances Due
As soon as the fulfiller receives and processes your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.

Defective Items
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please call Shopatron for assistance.

Damaged Items
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the items delivered have obvious signs of damage, please refuse the shipment and they will be sent back to us. Once we have received the declined item, we will send a replacement or you will receive a credit on your credit card (we cannot guarantee credit and each situation will be handled on an individual basis). Since each situation is different, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem.

If you've received an item and the item appears to be damaged, is missing parts, does not function or has any other problem with it, please contact customer service at 1.888.783.6082 or at info@paragongroupusa.com and an RMA will be issued to you. Once the item is received and inspected you will receive a replacement item. Damaged items may only be replaced for the same product you originally ordered. If you decide to cancel your order and return the item you may incur a 15% re-stocking fee. We cannot guarantee reimbursement of funds for damaged products. If the item you ordered and received is damaged and is no longer available for replacement you may receive a full refund for that item.

Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

International and U.S. Territory Shipping
If you order from a website that provides shipping to international locations or US territories, these shipping destinations are identified at checkout. When you begin checkout, available shipping destinations can be selected from pull-down menus for Region and Country. If your desired destination is not included in the available selections, we cannot ship orders to it.

APO and FPO Addresses
When you request that your order ships to an APO or FPO address, the package will ship SAM (Space Available Mail). SAM is no additional charge and will ship your package from the APO or FPO address via the next available boat.

Price and/or Description Changes
All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.

When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.

Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. Benbat LTD reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, Benbat LTD will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
